The APEC will be held in the middle of November ,2014, in Beijing China. It is the second time to held the APEC for China, the last time is 13 years ago in Shanghai .
The topic of APEC in 2014 is “to build the Aisa-pacific partnership for the future”, the Leadership Summit Meeting will be held in November 10 in Lake Yanxi, Beijing. Chinese president Xijinping will host the summit. There are three important issues: to promote regional economic integration; to promote the economic innovation and development ; to strengthen comprehensive connection and infrastructure construction.
As for the site selection of APEC, 2001 in Shanghai, 2011 in Hawaii, 2012 in Vladivostok, 2013 in Bali, all the places can show the natural scenery and history in host country. Lake Yanxi is located in the suburbs of Bejing. It’s in the sourth of the Great Wall and the north of the North China Plain.The water is clean, there are groups of wild geese flying to habitat during the spring and autumn every year . It also has becom a good place to enjoy the vacation for the locals.
